Orders and quotes

All quotes provided by Cotton Planet are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed purchase order or written acceptance, and payment of any required deposit. We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion.

Custom-made goods

All products are custom-made to your specifications. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review all artwork approvals carefully before signing off — changes after approval may incur additional charges.

Minimum order quantities

Minimum order quantities apply to all product categories. These are provided at the time of quotation and vary by product type and customisation method.

Artwork and logos

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any logos, artwork or designs submitted to us. By submitting files, you warrant that you own or are licensed to use the intellectual property. Cotton Planet accepts no liability for copyright infringement arising from customer-supplied artwork.

Delivery and lead times

Lead times are provided at the time of quotation and are estimates only. Cotton Planet will not be liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including shipping delays, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

Quality and returns

We maintain strict quality control throughout production. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will replace affected items at no charge. Returns are not accepted for change-of-mind or errors in customer-approved artwork.

Payment terms

Standard payment terms are provided at the time of quotation. Overdue accounts may result in suspension of orders and services.

Limitation of liability

Cotton Planet's total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the value of that order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
