Minimum order quantities vary by product. For t-shirts and polo shirts, the typical minimum is 50 pieces per design. For more complex garments like formal shirts or coveralls, minimums may be higher. We will confirm the MOQ for your specific requirement when you request a quote.

Yes. For orders above 200 pieces, we can provide a pre-production sample for your approval before full production begins. Sample charges apply and are deducted from your final order value.

We specialise in bulk custom orders and are not set up for single-piece production. For very small quantities (under 30 pieces), we recommend enquiring with us as we can sometimes accommodate small runs depending on the product.

Yes. Most orders include a range of sizes. You provide us with a size breakdown and we produce accordingly. There is no surcharge for size variety within a single order.

We offer embroidery, silk screen printing, heat transfer, digital textile printing and sublimation printing. Each method has different strengths depending on your design, fabric and quantity. We will advise which is most suitable for your brief.

We prefer vector files — AI, EPS or SVG. High-resolution PNG or PDF files are also acceptable. Low-resolution JPEGs may require retracing at an additional charge. When in doubt, send what you have and we will advise.

Yes. Bring your garments to our office and we can arrange embroidery or printing on customer-supplied items. Contact us to discuss requirements and pricing.

Yes, though the method matters. Embroidery handles multiple thread colours well. Screen printing charges per colour. Sublimation and digital printing handle full-colour artwork at no extra cost per colour.

Yes. We produce up to 10XL for t-shirts and polo shirts, and up to 8XL for formal shirts and coveralls. There is no surcharge for extended sizes within a standard order.

Our sizes run slightly generous compared to standard Asian sizing — approximately one size larger. This is intentional, as uniforms are designed to be worn over undergarments and through long working shifts. If you usually wear an Asian M, order an M from our size chart — do not size down.

Yes. We offer made-to-measure for situations where standard sizing does not work. This is typically arranged for management-level or VIP uniforms. Lead times and pricing are longer for made-to-measure.

Standard lead time is 3 to 4 weeks after artwork approval and order confirmation. Rush orders may be possible depending on our production schedule — contact us to discuss. Large orders (1,000+ pieces) typically require 5 to 6 weeks.

Yes. We deliver to all addresses in Singapore. Delivery is typically arranged for the last stage of production. Collection from our office is also available.

No. Our quotes are all-inclusive — they cover production, customisation, and standard Singapore delivery. Any additional charges (such as rush fees, made-to-measure, or freight for international orders) are clearly stated in the quote before you confirm.
